Joy is in the heart and what you're able to transmit from that heart into anothers. Joy is sharing.

Joy is being on the biggest or smallest stage of life and sharing that passion with another. Uniting, receiving, releasing and giving.

Joy is when someone comes up to you with a smile at the end of it all and says, "hey I could really feel what you were giving and I plan on taking that with me for the next few days, a month, a year or for life".

Let's try to live with a bit more compassion. And let's try to be less selfish with our hearts, with our love, with our time, with our fears, with our weaknesses, with our passions, with our strengths, with our emotions and with our understanding.

It's nice to always receive but it's also nice to give a little something...You've often got to give a bit of something in order to get it back. If you can't reciprocate and this doesn't mean materially, then your life will be lived with constanly expecting something from everyone for nothing. And at the end of the day you end up with...Nothing.

Respect yourself first and then you'll receive and gain the same respect from others.

We can't all continue to simply fake it through and hang onto the superficial, be on the search for the status and the prestige behind the smiles because sooner or later the reality or what you didn't want to see or wasn't prepared for has a way of sneaking up on you.

The change alone can offer you untold freedom from worries ... and release tremendous fears and anxiety about "not measuring up," not making the grade, not being able to command the status and power that go with substantial worldly wealth...Recognize that powers of the soul are so much more valuable and lasting ... and represent the kind of quality and character you can never truly buy with coins.

In that thought ... is liberation.

Don't abuse the power...

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MATERIAL POSSESIONS OR THE SURFACE BEAUTY A PERSON HAS BEEN BLESSED WITH THAT DEFINES WHO THEY ARE. SOMEDAY WE'LL ALL LEARN THIS!! :-) 

So let's make an effort to go beyond the surface.

Pink is a lovely color, but far less when we tint our eyeglasses with it.

Learn the lessons because there will always be someone who will make you cry, break your heart, misplace or betray your trust, make you feel sad, take advantage of your kindness, mistake it for a weakness or try to keep you down.

But there will also be "Another Star" who will shine on you, stand by you even in your darkest and most frightening moments, who will make you smile, who will acknowledge your strengths, who will look beyond the surface, see your internal beauty and who will appreciate you because you are simply...YOU.

And for those who didn't believe, you should have looked INSIDE to see.

Or you May Be Another Star for someone else but love the shining star within yourself FIRST and keep it glowing brightly. Believe in yourself because no one can ever take that belief away from you....No one.

Let's live without the rancor, live without the negativity, let's travel lightly on the next voyage without the heavy baggage. Let's live without the resentment, live without the envy... Let's live without the drama... J.E.Y
